Appearance: A young man with white hair (formerly blonde), midnight blue eyes (formerly bright green), he wears an dark blue long coat with a fox head with the symbol of the Uzumaki clan clenched inside its mouth on the back (which is a tribute to the Naruto he was friends with), over a black shirt, brown pants and grey combat boots, when his Hazama personality takes control his hair turns black and his eyes turn alizarin crimson, he also wears black sunglasses

Personality: when he was younger, he used to be a very kind boy but after his Naruto’s supposed death, he became very cold and unforgiving, and showed no mercy to the people he killed, he would also brutally hurt or kill anyone who insulted Naruto in front of him, he also has a lot of hate towards himself due to him killing his Naruto who had become the leader of Akatsuki, he also doesn’t care who he kills, even once saying he can’t be expected to remember the names of everyone who he’s defeated, he also respects strong opponents and he’s very protective of any version of Naruto, when Hazama takes control, he’s more brutal, even toying with his opponents and mocking them, Touya also believes that every version of Minato Namikaze is a fool, he also has an intense hatred of Iwa

Abilities: after his Naruto’s death, Touya’s grief and anger caused his powers to awaken, after that he trained nearly every hour of everyday to get to the level where he is now, this was before he copied his kekkei genkai, he studied fuinjutsu very hard and became a master of it, he mastered the various chakra exercises and even trained to perfect his ninjutsu (where he can use them without hand seals) and taijutsu, because of this, he was not only able to match Orochimaru but he forced him to retreat, he even defeated 4 jinchuriki (Gaara, Fu, Yugito Nii and Killer B, the last two fighting him together) after a prolonged battle, in fact he was even able to block one of Tsunade’s punches with one finger, as well as defeating the Fourth Raikage, in fact Itachi himself even stated that Touya’s level of power is almost on par with a Tailed Beast, he also only saves his Kekkei Genkai for very strong opponents and doesn’t rely on it as a crutch, he’s also a skilled weapons maker

History: During their training under Majora, Pablo lost control of his dark powers and ended up killing himself along with Tyrone, Tasha, Austin and Kira, the five were given a chance to be reborn by the elemental warriors. The five accepted and along with Francis and Uniqua were reborn in a Naruto universe, Pablo, his 4 friends and Uniqua were reborn in Konoha, Pablo was reborn as Touya Kisaragi. When he was 7 years old, the Kyuubi attack happened, his parents both died defending the village and he and his brother Azrael (Tyrone’s reincarnation) were sent to an orphanage. It was there he met Naruto and the two became best friends, Touya didn't believe that he was the Kyuubi and the two even made a vow to become strong shinobi, in this reality, Naruto was born a few years earlier and he even had a younger brother. Minato intended to use his brother to seal the Kyuubi, however Arashi was killed in the attack and it was the start of a living nightmare for Naruto, the two of them even entered the Namikaze compound and took the scrolls for the Rasengan and the Flying Thunder God Technique where they promised each other they would master the two techniques. They both mastered the Rasengan in a week, and over the next few years they worked on the Flying Thunder God Technique but they had trouble mastering it and put it on hold. During this time Touya discovered his Assimilation ability and Naruto as a birthday present gave him some of his blood, this allowed him to enter the Namikaze estate whenever he wanted.

A few weeks before Touya, Naruto, Azrael and their friends Noel and Tsubaki Izayoi (Uniqua and Tasha’s reincarnations), Relius Nishiki (Austin’s Reincarnation) and Makoto Arakune (Kira’s reincarnation) were due to start the Academy. Iwa declared war on Konoha, it was clear to Touya and Naruto that it was because so they could kill Naruto. The two graduated and were put on separate teams, Naruto with Hinata and Kiba with Asuma as their sensei. During a mission Asuma left Naruto to die at the hands of Iwa Shinobi that ambushed them, and Naruto was presumed dead.

When Touya found he became enraged, this caused his powers to awaken and his hair to turn white and his eyes to turn midnight blue, he punched the Sandaime in the stomach for letting his son go without a punishment and went after Asuma. Sure enough he found Asuma and took out several members of the Sarutobi clan and during the fight between the two Touya beat Asuma within an inch of his life, he then crushed Asuma's spine and hands under his foot, ensuring he could never be a ninja again, the wounds were so severe not even Tsunade would be able to fix them. After training to control his power Touya turned his rage onto Konoha, he attacked the people who were celebrating Naruto's death, injuring and killing some of them, he destroyed the stores that overcharged Naruto for things and gave him rotten food and damaged equipment.

One time he laid explosive tags during the Kyuubi festival and detonated them, he even killed and crippled the ANBU that had neglected their duties regarding Naruto, as well as attacking the academy teachers who had sabotaged Naruto and the children who had bullied Naruto, this caused Konoha to fear him, the Sandaime was forced to permanently stop the Kyuubi Festival to keep the villagers safe. He even berated Hinata and Kiba for not speaking up; he even called Hinata a weakling, saying that if she didn't get rid of her shyness, she would be nothing more than dead weight. He even destroyed the orphanage where he had lived, he then made a vow that he would stop any more Jinchuriki from being created, after studying fuinjutsu for the next several years he created Maelstrom and he also mastered the Flying Thunder God Technique.

A few years later he took part in the Wave Mission and defeated and killed Zabuza and Haku with Ice Release being the first Kekkei Genkai he copied, during the Chunin exams, he copied more bloodlines, met Miyamoto Kojiro (Francis' reincarnation) and killed Akatsuchi during the preliminaries and Kurotsuchi during the finals. He even defeated Gaara and extracted Shukaku during the Invasion of Konoha, he even killed Baki avenging Hayate’s death because he and Yugao were also friendly towards Naruto and he even saved the Sandaime’s life from Orochimaru and even brought back Tsunade.

Around the time of the Sasuke Retrieval arc, Touya convinced Sasuke to find another way to leave Konoha other than defecting, Sasuke remembered that he was technically the clan head of the Uchiha Clan due to being the last Uchiha in Konoha and used that to break the clan's alliance with Konoha ensuring that he couldn't be marked as a nuke-nin while Touya, Azrael, Noel, Tsubaki, Relius and Makoto filed resignation forms and left Konoha, the six later met up with Miyamoto and made their way to Takumi Village and settled there, due to the Kisaragi family having immigrated to Konoha a few years back. During the three year time-skip, Touya used their knowledge of weaponry to strengthen Maelstrom; he also rescued Karin from Orochimaru and with her help strengthened the seals on the sword.

By the time the Fourth Shinobi World War rolled around, Touya had already sealed Matatabi, Chomei and Gyuki while Akatsuki had sealed away Isobu, Son Goku, Kokuo, Saiken and (unknown to Touya and his group at the time) Kurama. Also during this time, Touya had sealed the Reibi and the power of the Box of Ultimate Bliss (Satori included) in the sword as well, Touya was shocked to discover that not only Naruto was alive but that he was the new leader of Akatsuki, much to his displeasure. He was forced to kill Naruto during their fight; he then defeated and killed Obito after a long battle, and then sealed the five remaining beasts and the body of Datara (the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path) into his sword.

After burying Naruto in the ruins of Uzushio he then intended to leave the Shinobi Nations forever and hide the sword where it could never be found again and headed to a port, as he was finding a boat to hire, his friends found him and told him no matter what they would be going with him, just then they were approached by Pedro Sanchez who extended an invitation to them to join the Forsaken. After some deliberation they accepted. Just then the Elemental Warriors, Neptudon, Richter, Procella, Flamma, Tonitrus, Morbi, Salus, Pondera and Naele contacted them in their minds and explained that the 8 had come up with an idea. They asked Touya to stab himself and his friends and seal them within the sword.

Touya did what they asked and the elemental lords merged with the power within the blade, just then the blade glowed and seven orbs shot out of it and formed into seven beasts. Seiryu explained that the elemental lords had decided to combine the power of the Box of Ultimate Bliss, Datara, Reibi and themselves into seven new beings. After that the seven each picked their host and sealed themselves within them, Touya becoming the host of Seiryu, he’s now a member of the Forsaken and is known as being one of the strongest of the group
