History: Boris was left on the doorstep of the Pizza Parlor as a baby, he was found and raised by the owner of the shop and developed a love for pizza, when he grew up, he worked in the Gift Shop and earned enough coins to buy an igloo, he later became a Tour Guide and was recruited into the PSA when an agent saw him rescue a penguin who had fallen off the Hydro Hopper, without any second thought for his own safety, Boris dived in and pulled the penguin to shore, performing CPR on him and reviving him, after that he received a postcard to join the PSA, he accepted and passed the test, he also met his brother Phoe1 and was shocked when a DNA test confirmed the two were twin brothers, the two then became a team, he was later recruited as an EPF Agent (keeping it a secret from his brother) and helped stop the Ultimate Proto-Bot 10,000 and G's Test Robots, soon after that, he played Card-Jitsu and became a Ninja, after the PSA was dissolved and merged into the EPF, he was the first to welcome his brother into the EPF and is one of the top Agents of the EPF, he also possesses strange powers

Friends: mostly the same as Boris but he has Suneroo as a friend instead of Smulley

Family: Coffee Shop barista (adopted sister), DPDD (twin brother)
Personality: opposite of his brother, is very shy and doesn't like meeting new people, he has a very short temper, but he always helps penguins in trouble, also he dislikes bullies
History: Antar was left at the doorstep of the Coffee Shop as a baby, he was found and raised by the owner, developing a love for coffee, he worked at the Sport Shop (before it shut permanently) and became friends with the owner Gary, he later earned enough money for an igloo and later became a Tour Guide, he was recruited by the PSA after an agent saw him save a penguin from a Cart Surfer accident, Antar was about to try it for the first time when he heard a crash coming from inside the tunnel, grabbing a torch, he ran inside and saw that a cart had derailed and crashed on the track, he also saw a penguin who had been knocked unconscious, he pulled the penguin off the track and ran for help, he returned with a rescue squad and helped get the penguin to safety, he received a postcard to join the PSA, he accepted and passed the test, he also met his brother DPDD and was shocked when a DNA test confirmed the two were twin brothers, the two then became a team, he later played Card-Jitsu and became a Ninja, after the PSA was dissolved and merged into the EPF, he passed the test and became a EPF agent, his brother being the first to welcome him, he is one of the top Agents of the EPF and like his brother, possesses strange powers
